How long does it take to go live?

About a week from receiving your data. Most of that is us importing it and checking the numbers with you.

Do we have to move our data ourselves?

No. Send it in whatever shape you have it. We do the import as part of onboarding and check it with you before you rely on it.

Where is our data stored?

In the European Union. We sign a data processing agreement with you before anything is imported.

Can teachers see what students pay?

No. Teachers see their own timetable, registers and pay. Student rates and family statements are visible only to admins with finance access.

Does it handle group classes as well as one-to-one lessons?

Yes. Groups and one-to-one lessons share one timetable. Attendance is kept per student in groups.

How do you bill families with more than one child?

Brothers and sisters appear on one family statement, each on their own plan: a class pack, or monthly by the classes taken.

What does it cost?

It depends on the size of your academy. We will give you a written quote after the demo.

Is there a trial?

Yes. After the demo, your first month is free.

Is Acadenova available in other languages?

The interface is in English today. It works for whatever languages your academy teaches, because nothing in Acadenova depends on the language taught.
