Terms of service

Acadenova is management software for academies, covering the timetable, registers, invoices and teacher payroll in one system. It works for any academy, whatever languages it teaches, and for academies that do not teach languages at all.

Each person who uses Acadenova has an account with a role: admin, teacher or student. An academy's admins control who has an account and what that account can see.

The academy is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters or imports, for the accounts it creates, and for the permissions it grants to its own staff, students and parents.

As the data controller for its own staff, students and parents, the academy is responsible for its own compliance with the data protection law that applies to it.

Accounts must not be used to access data outside the academy's own records, to interfere with the service, or for any unlawful purpose.

New academies can try Acadenova at no charge for one month.

Pricing is not published. We send a written quote after a short demo.

Support comes directly from the team, not a ticket queue. We reply within a couple of hours on working days.

An academy can request an export of its data, or the deletion of its data on termination, by emailing info@acadenova.com.

We aim to keep Acadenova available, but these terms do not promise a specific level of uptime.

The liability of Acadenova under these terms is intended to be limited to what the law allows. The exact limits are a placeholder pending legal drafting and are not yet fixed.

Either party may end the arrangement between the academy and Acadenova. On termination, the academy’s data is deleted on request, as described above.

Governing law and jurisdiction: Spanish law, with the courts of the Basque Country.

We may update these terms from time to time.
