Questions about pricing.
What counts as an active student?
A student whose place in your academy is active. Students you have deactivated do not count, and neither do teachers, admins or guardians. Deactivate a student who has left and the place is free again.
What happens when we reach the limit of a plan?
You cannot add another student until the plan is raised. Nothing is removed, and the students you already have keep their place. The academy owners get a notice when the academy is close to its limit.
How do we change plan?
Email info@acadenova.com and say which plan you want. We change it, and the student limit changes with it.
How do we cancel?
Email info@acadenova.com at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. A monthly payment is refunded in full if you ask within 12 hours of it. An annual plan cancelled within 30 days is refunded for the unused part of the year. You can export your data first, and we delete it on request.
Do these prices include IVA?
No. Every price on this page is without IVA, which is added to your invoice.
